Hernán Narbona Véliz, Poeta y Escritor chileno. Administrador Público, Licenciado en Relaciones Internacionales, Columnista de diversos medios, miembro de Periodistas Frente a la Corrupción. Miembro del Capítulo Chileno del Defensor del Pueblo que impulsa el Ombudsman en Chile. Dio sus primeros pasos en el periodismo en 1970, año en que ingresa a la Escuela de Periodismo de la Universidad de Chile en Valparaíso, integrando el Comando de Prensa de la Unidad Popular. Durante 20 años de vida académica y como profesional independiente, recorrió toda la región americana y desde el 2002 se ha reincorporado al Servicio Público, actualmente como directivo en las Aduanas de Atacama.
